Today marks one year since Serzh Sargsyan's presidential
inauguration. "A1+" took to the streets and asked fellow citizens to
weigh his first year as president.

Economist Saro Hovhannisyan is happy to see Serzh Sargsyan as president
    and has high expectations.

"What I like about him is his way of keeping the political field
stable, his human attributes, his rightful position in foreign policy
and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement," says Hovhannisyan.

When we asked to list the issues that he would like Serzh Sargsyan
to solve, Hovhannisyan stated a number of them.

"I would like to see a change in the domestic economic policy,
including taxing and customs, as well as an overview of individual
entrepreneurs and the banking system. I would also like for people
to finally be able to get loans and start doing business."

There were also a lot of people who could not hide their
complaints. Armenian citizen Ofelya Movsisyan, 53, says that she did
not even expect to see any good from Serzh Sargsyan.

"He even exceeded Robert Kocharyan by coming to power over the 10
    victims of March 1."

One worker of a state-run organization Gayane said that her candidate
    let her down.

"I thought that Serzh Sargsyan would be better than the other
presidents and especially the opposition. But I was wrong. He proved
that he is no different from a tyrant. He did not take any active steps
to make us believe that everything will get better soon," says Gayane.

"I had high hopes even though I did not vote. I thought that he would
have dignity to be better than the rest so that the people would
trust him, but unfortunately, that was not the case," said former
    radio technician Vardges Karapetyan
