CONSULTATION AT NKR PRESIDENT

On April 8 NKR President Bako Sahakyan convoked a consultation on
activities carried out in the sphere of industrial infrastructures in
2008 and plans for future, the Central Department of the Office of the
NKR President reports. Head of the NKR Cabinet of Minister's
department on industrial infrastructures Valeri Balayan, head of the
desk for transport of the same department, heads of `Artsakh Energo,'
`Artsakh Gas,' `Artsakh Kap,' and `Artsakh Post' closed joint stock
companies delivered reports. The President gave instructions to the
heads of corresponding structures underlining that to carry out the
work effectively it is necessary be adhering to principles and
successive. Taking into consideration strategic importance of the
sphere of industrial infrastructures Bako Sahakyan noted that such
consultations would be of a periodic nature and would be held once a
quarter. This will allow exercising more operative control over
activities taking place in the sphere. NKR premier Ara Haroutyunyan
and other officials partook at the consultation.
