AZERBAIJANI EXPERT SAYS ARMENIA AND TURKEY MIGHT ESTABLISH DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS

Azerbaijani political expert Rassim Musabekov says that Armenia and
Turkey are close to establish diplomatic relations during Turkey's
Prime Minister Ali Babacan's visit to Armenia dated on 16 April,
but the closed border will not be opened. According to him the
agreement which the parties might sign will point out the format of the
diplomatic relations. Regarding the role of Azerbaijan the expert said
that signing a document does not necessarily mean to bring it into
force. "To establish and bring into force diplomatic relations the
Parliaments of Armenia and Turkey should adopt the document," he said.
