TURKEY IS NOT GOING TO OPEN BORDER BEFORE KARABAKH SETTLEMENT

ArmInfo. Turkey is not going to open the border before the Karabakh
settlement, Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan told journalists
during his visit to Germany.
According to the Turkish media, he said the negotiations on
normalization of the relations between the two parties are going on,
however, Turkey does not intend to open the border until 'liberation
of the occupied territories of Azerbaijan'.
