PRESIDENT AZERBAIJAN WILL REGAIN ITS LAND AT ANY COST

The world community has recognized Azerbaijans territorial integrity,
including Upper (Nagorno) Garabagh, a region under Armenian occupation,
and will never recognize its independence, President Ilham Aliyev said
while hosting officials of Islamic states on Tuesday. Azerbaijan will
never allow the independence of Upper Garabagh and will regain its
lands at any cost, Aliyev said at the meeting with law enforcement
chiefs of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) member
states, who are attending a conference in Baku. He also emphasized
that the OIC has always defended Azerbaijans fair stance and has passed
relevant decisions. Armenia has been occupying over 20% of Azerbaijans
territory since the early 1990s. Years of peace talks have brought
little tangible result. Azerbaijani officials have repeatedly warned
against Yerevans policy of aggression, saying the countrys land will
be freed no matter what it takes.
