/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Road-map between Armenia and Turkey is an interim
document. It is not developed yet and we do not know what it will be,
a Russian expert said
"I think the most important fact is that the Karabakh conflict has
been separated from Armenian-Turkish relations," head of the Center of
Caucasus Studies at Moscow State Institute of International Relations
(MGIMO) Vladimir Zakharov told PanARMENIAN.Net.
According to him, publication of the agreement on April 23 is Barak
Obama's merit. "The Armenian Genocide issue will be raised again
in Armenian-Turkish relations, but not now. Actually I think this
agreement is tricky deal of U.S. administration," Zakharov said.
