ArmInfo. Today, President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan delivered a
message on the 94th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

As the Armenian presidential press-service reports, S. Sargsyan said
the crimes against the humanity have no period of limitation either
in the memory of the people or before the history justice.

International recognition and condemnation of the Armenian Genocide
is a task of recovery of the historical justice for Armenia, the
presidential message emphasizes. 'The Armenian people is not alone
in condemning the Armenian Genocide. Today we express our sincere
gratitude to the states, organizations and individuals who assist
us in condemnation and prevention of the crimes aimed against the
humanity. We express our support to representatives of the Turkish
intellectuals who fight for the historical truth and share our pain. We
have multiply claimed that the process of international recognition
of the Armenian Genocide is not directed against the Turkish people
and is not a precondition for establishment of bilateral relations',
    the message says.

The presidential message also says that efficient measures of
fighting against denial of the Genocide were developed during the
    previous decades.

'To deny the Armenian Genocide means to consign the crime against
the humanity to oblivion and open a way to the new similar crimes',
    the message says.
