Memorial Building Rededicated at Ararat Armenian Cemetery

A momentous day Saturday for a valley teen and a well-known cemetery.
The Ararat Armenian Cemetery in Southwest Fresno rededicated it's
memorial building. It's the result of hard work by Fresno teenager,
Caz Ashjian. He came up with the idea to remodel and refresh the
run-down building at the cemetery as part of a project to earn his
Eagle Scout Award.
Ashjian collected donations, and got businesses on board to do the
work. The project took more than 30 days and $30,000 to complete.
