MEETS HIS HOLINESS ARAM I
On Thursday 29 July 2009, His Holiness Aram I received Mr Hrant Markarian,
the representative of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation. They discussed
ways of strengthening relations between Armenia and the diaspora and issues
arising from the latest pan-Armenian Conference on Armenian-Turkish
relations, held in Stepanakert, Artzakh, Karabagh.
At the end of the meeting, His Holiness Aram I affirmed the commitment of
the Catholicosate to contribute to strengthening Armenia and Artzakh and
advocating for the just cause of the Armenian people.
