SCR DIRECTOR GENERAL: WE SHOULD DO EVERYTHING TO MAKE PROFESSION OF RAILWAY MEN PRESTIGIOUS IN ARMENIA

ArmInfo. "We should do everything to make the profession of railway
men honorary," said Shevket Shaydullin, Director General of the South
Caucasus Railway (SCR), during the festive events on occasion of
the Day of Railway Men celebrated on the first Sunday of August in
Yerevan. "We are working in hard times. We have made it our mission
to become the nation-wide transporter. For this purpose, we should
work rationally reckoning with our incomes and keeping on improving
the quality of our services. I'd like to thank our veterans for their
contribution to the progress of the railway.
Alongside with the tasks to use investments and modernize
infrastructures, we have set ourselves a task to ensure growth of
salaries and improve the working conditions. We want to do everything
to make the profession of railway men prestigious", SCR director
general said.
