The OSCE Minsk Group American co-chair Matthew Bryza presented the
process of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement at `Euro
forum-Armenia: Active participation of youth through inter-cultural
dialogue and communication' seminar held in Tsaghkadzor.
`We can not make any side to come to an agreement; the sides should
decide that they are ready to an agreement.
We have understood that the only way to the conflict settlement is
based on Helsinki three principles - excluding force implementation,
self determination of nations and territorial integrity,' American
co-chair said.
Bryza's statement on Nagorno-Karabakh status defines: `What is it -
guaranteeing NKR people security, NKR people elect their leader, and
they own their life, future and fate.'
Note that it is believed that the American co-chair will soon take the
office of American Ambassador to Azerbaijan.
`The final status of Nagorno-Karabakh is defined by its people,'
American co-chair said.
