"Karabakh should assume the process of negotiations, not the Armenian
authorities", - thinks Sedrak Atjemyan, the assessor of the central
board of social-democratic hnchakyan party, and also refers to
the problems of Artsakh in his report named "The Apprehension of
Armenian-Turkish Relations in Diaspora".
S. Atjemyan mentioned that Turkey, having forgotten that he committed
the murderer, denied the genocide, takes part in the antagonism
of Artsakh. Drawing parallels Mr Atjemyan mentioned that Turkey is
"kept back" and leaves the initiative to Azerbaijan but everybody
knows that Turkey holds the situation. He called to adopt suchlike
police in the negotiations leaving it to NKR.
Mr Atjemyan also finds it strange that while discussing the antagonism
of Artsakh they speak about compromise. Once more he recorded that
the Diaspora does not admit any compromise.
"What can be compromised? We did not conquer land, we set our land
free", -emphasized the assessor and concluded, that compromise is
spoken about neither in Turkish nor in Azerbaijani press, while
Armenian press speaks much about this phenomenon and it is very
dangerous.
S. Atjemyan finds the recognition of the independence of Artsakh by
Armenia very important. He said that by doing so Armenia will not
stand out but will solve all the problems together.
