SUKIASYANS APPEALED TO EUROPEAN COURT

According to the Liberty radio station, the family of Sukiasyan and
the Bjni mineral waters plane appealed to the European court of Human
Rights assessing the damage to the plant caused by the government
more than 124 million euro.
The result of the primary counts as well as the material and non
material expenditures constitute 124 million 194 thousand 940 euro,
stated the lawyer of the Bjni plant Ara Zohrabyan in a conversation
with the radio Liberty, adding that the company keeps bearing damages
and these damages are again counted by the experts of the SIL Concern.
