ARMENIAN CYCLISTS PARTICIPATE IN WORLD YOUTH CYCLING CHAMPIONSHIP IN MOSCOW

YEREVAN, AUGUST 20, NOYAN TAPAN. Armenian cyclists participated in
the World Youth Championship returned to the Homeland from Moscow on
August 19.
18-years old Suren Petrosian successfully overcame the obstacles of
the preliminary stage and entered the final in the group cycling of
the public cycling program and in the Scratch. In the competition
among the 33 best cyclists Suren took the 17th place (group) and the
honorary 10th place (Scratch).
Aram Melikian participated in the highway cycling competition did
not have success either in 24 km individual or 135 km group cycling.
