President of Federation of Turkish American Association Kaya Boztepe
says that except 500.000 Turkish living in the United States, 2mln
Azeri, Turkmen, Uzbek having Turkish origins live in USA. Boztepe
says that mass of 2.5mln people should be united and form a more
organized group.
"Federation of Turkish American Association started a campaign
to grant citizenship to the Turkish living in America. Meetings,
seminars are held to inform American Turkish," Turkish media reports.
Armenian lobby is an etalon for the Turkish diplomat who says that
taking influential offices and having positions in Congress are not
enough. He says it is important to learn languages and the country's
history and culture.
