THE PRIORITIES OF ARMENIA IN THE DEFENSE SPHERE

The deputy vice-minister of defense of the United States Selesta
Volander arrived in Armenia to understand the priorities of the
Armenian defense sphere more correctly, was said during the common
press-conference with Serzh Sargsyan.
Mentioning that her country made a high quote for Armenia because of
participating in different peacemaking missions, he underlined, that
today she was in the brigade of the armed forces of Armenia, so now she
is able to be sure about the whole potential the Armenian solders have.
President Serzh Sargsyan underlined the high importance of the
international peacemaking mission and the participation of Armenia
at such missions und said, that he is willing to contribute to the
development of the international security.
The interlocutors held the cooperation in the military sphere between
these two countries for very productive; they also quoted the realized
programs, they underlined that they fully used the existing potential.
