The foreign minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandyan presented
to the participating countries of the 17th sitting of the OSCE
foreign-ministers council during his speech all the violations of the
international responsibilities connected with the armed limitations
by Azerbaijan, the sometimes repeating military statements. He also
mentioned, that they can also be underlined for the violation of the
law according to which no force or force menace principles can be
used against no one.
Minister Nalbandyan touched upon the settlement process of the Armenian
- Turkish relations. He accented the importance of the ratification of
the resolutions between Armenia and Turkey. "The ungrounded crawl of
the Process, the preconditions, and the attempts to tie this process
together with the settlement process of the Nagorno Karabakh Conflict
may damage both settlement processes", - said Edward Nalbandyan.
The Foreign Minister of Armenia accented, that all countries but
Azerbaijan gave their approval to the settlement process of the
Armenian - Turkish relations. Azerbaijan is against the settlement
process of the Armenian - Turkish relations. So it is also against
the OSCE principals and the whole international community.
Edward Nalbandjan also touched upon the peace negotiations of the
Nagorno Karabakh Conflict. He accented the importance of the positive
dynamic that appeared as a result of the meeting of the Presidents
of Armenia and Azerbaijan. Edward Nalbandyan accented the importance
to ignore the steps that might be in the way of the peace settlement
process of the conflict. As an example cites Edward Nalbandyan the
speech of the azerbaijanian Minister, where he tried to misrepresent
the settlement process and the peace negotiations of the Nagorno
Karabakh conflict.
