Gargash meets Armenian Deputy Prime Minister

WAM Yerevan, Dec 6th, 2009 (WAM) -- HE Armen Gevorgyan, Armenian
Deputy Prime Minister yesterday received HE Dr. Anwar Mohammed
Gargash, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs here at Yerevan.
Gargash expressed UAE's desire to promote bilateral relations with
Armenia in the fields of economy, trade and investment.
On his part, the Deputy Prime Minister welcomed the visit of Dr.
Gargash and his delegation stressing the importance of these visits in
consolidating cooperation and friendly relations between the two
countries.
He hailed the strong bilateral ties calling for boosting cooperation
opportunities for the welfare and interests of the people of both
countries.
In the framework of the keenness of both countries leaderships to
enhance bilateral relations, promote cooperation and open new
frontiers of the common interests between UAE and Armenia, the two
sides confirmed the importance of exchanging visits between officials
from both sides along with supporting the private sector and business
community in their countries for joint cooperation.
