CONSTITUTIONAL COURT TO REVIEW PROTOCOLS ON JAN 12

Armenia's Constitutional Court will discuss the constitutionality of
the Armenian-Turkish protocols on January 12, 2010, Hovhannes Papikyan,
the secretary of the Constitutional Court, has said. He said that Judge
Vladimir Hovhannisyan will be the keynoter. He personally discussed the
protocols and presented his opinion to CC Chairman Gagik Harutyunyan.
Following the Constitutional Court ruling, the protocols are to be
submitted to the parliament for ratification.
