The South Caucasus Railway company held Board of Directors Meeting
on December, 9. Among the items for Agenda were:
1. 2009 nine-months Report by Director-General.
2. 2010 draft budget
3. 2010 Investment Project. Adjustments in 2009 Investment Project.
4. Organisations' the financial development model.
5. Agreement on treasury control.
6. Voting for nominee for the Board of Directors membership.
This is for the first time that Armenia's representative joins Board
of Directors of the South Caucasus Railway. The newly accepted Board
of Directors member is Avalyan L. Khachatur.
