ARF-Dashnaktsutyun Chairman Vahan Hovhannisyan suggests his recipe
in a struggle against oligopoly.
"The prime minister's statement and desire to struggle against
oligopoly refer to permissiveness at the economic market. They
needn't draw up new laws or make statements to struggle against the
phenomenon. If they wish they can find people running oligopolies in
a matter of seconds, invite them to a meeting and call them to order,"
said Mr. Hovhannisyan.
Asked whether saying "to call to order" he meant "beating," the ARF-D
chairman said: "No, I meant by law."
Secretary of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Aram Safaryan says
none of BHK members enjoys monopolistic privileges at the market.
