Armenian President: It is necessary to change society's perceptions
and rules of conduct

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Orinats Yerkir Party is a political force with a
stable place and role in Armenia, President Serzh Sargsyan said in his
opening speech during the party's 9th congress.
On behalf of the Republican Party of Armenia, President was satisfied
to note that, `cooperation with Orinats Yerkir is aimed at Armenia's
development.' According to him, high-level tolerance, solidarity and
pluralism are the only tools enabling Armenia to build a rule of law
state. `There are certain changes in that direction but I don't find
them enough,' Mr. Sargsyan said.
`Of course, that's a gradual process which requires change of
atmosphere, as well as society's perceptions and rules of conduct. So
we have much to do to achieve that,' he noted.
At the end of his speech, the President wished the party success in
its future endeavors.
