Yerevan (Yerkir) - The deployment of Armenian peacekeeping contingent
to Afghanistan will not impact relations between Armenia and the
Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), CSTO Secretary General
Nikolay Bordyuzha has said.
"If Armenia has decided to send a mission to Afghanistan, there are
good reasons for it," he said.
"All CSTO member countries are free to collaborate with other
structures and take decisions which do not conflict with the CSTO
charter," Bordyuzha said.
