MEMORANDUM OF MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING HAS BEEN SIGNED BETWEEN THE PUBLIC SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE PRESIDENCY OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE ITALIAN REPUBLIC AND ARMENIAN CIVIL SERVICE COUNCIL

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS: Memorandum of mutual understanding
has been signed between the Public Service Department of the Presidency
of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic and Armenian
Civil Service Council.
Armenian Foreign Ministry's Press and Information Department told
Armenpress that it is directed toward cooperation between the public
administration services of the two countries, implementation of
reforms, training programs, etc.
On behalf of Armenia the memorandum was signed by the chairman of
the Civil Service Council Manvel Badalyan and from the Italian side
by the director of the Public Service Department Antonio Naddeo.
During the negotiations followed after the signing, an arrangement
has been reached over the 2010 visit of the director of the Italian
department to Armenia.
