SALE OF SECONDARY EDUCATION CERTIFICATE REPORTED IN ARMENIA

applications, 389 out of which were received from citizens and from
journalists. 82 requests were satisfied in favor of citizens. In
addition, studies have been implemented in 395 educational institutions
of Yerevan and Armenian regions, 73 checkups and 5 inspections,
" Khachik Muradian , Chief of State Inspectorate of RA Ministry
of Education and Science told a press conference on December 18
in Yerevan.
According to him, the State Inspectorate of Education oversees
preschool, secondary, primary and professional training institutions.
This control is exercised not only in public institutions, but also
in the private sector.
According to Khachik Muradyan, during inspections violations related
to acquisition of a secondary education certificate by a student not
attending the school was revealed.
