S.ACHEMYAN "DON'T TIE MY PERSONALITY WITH THE AUTHORITIES"

Today Sedrak Achemyan, chairman of the Central Board of the Social
Democratic Hnchak Party (SDHP) answered to the question of the
journalists how true was the statement of Lyudmila Sargsyan that
Achemyan had split the party for the sake of the business that he ha
in Armenia.
Sedrak Achemyan confessed that really as a property he has got a
resort center in Hanqavan, the territory of it he has bought with 1.7
million dollars and has made investments, and has done it in order
to help the project of developing the rural communities.
Commenting on the Lyudmila Sargsyan's statement saying that S.
Achemyan has the support of the authorities and is having meetings
with Tigran Sargsyan splitting the party through the projects that
are dictated from "above" S. Achemyan noted: "We have inner problems,
national problems. We are ought to meet with different officials and
try to solve those problems. Meeting the Armenian PM is my right. And
what we have spoken shouldn't be published. I ask you not to link my
personality with the authorities."
