UN General Assembly passed resolution on People's Right to Self-determination

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ During its 64th session convened on Saturday,
December 18, the UN General Assembly passed a resolution on the
People's Universal Right to Self Determination. More than 50 UN member
states, including Armenia and Azerbaijan, became co-authors of the
document, RA Foreign Ministry's press service reported. The resolution
reiterates people's universal right to self-determination and calls on
countries to call attention to exercising the right. Most UN member
states are convinced that the right to self-determination is one of
the basic principles and cornerstones of international law.
