/PanARMENIAN.Net/ The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nagorno Karabakh
Republic has addressed a letter to the OSCE CiO George Papandreou
in connection with the December 20, 2009 incident on NKR- Azerbaijan
Contact Line. The letter reads that on December 20, 2009, a woman was

"It is not the first time that intolerable conditions cause deportees
residing in frontier areas to come over to the Nagorno Karabakh side,"
says the letter.

incident above resulted from Azerbaijan's violation of the cease-fire
regime, while the servicemen of NKR Defense Army tried their utmost
to prevent the elderly woman's tragic death.
A copy of the letter was sent to the Personal Representative of
the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and the
OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, Ambassadors Yuri Merzlyakov of Russia,
