IMPACT OF GLOBAL ECONOMIC CRISIS ON HEALTH SYSTEMS OF NUMBER OF COUNTRIES TO BE DISCUSSED IN OSLO

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 3, ARMENPRESS: World Health Organization is planning
to conduct April 1-2 in the capital of Norway Oslo a session of health
ministers of a number of countries, including Armenia.
Deputy health minister Tatoul Hakobyan told Armenpress that during
the session the participants will discuss the impact of the global
economic crisis on the health systems of different countries.
Besides, the policy of the countries adopted in the condition of
crisis will be presented. The ministers will also discuss the possible
directions of support to the health spheres of different states.
T. Hakobian noted that Armenia's policy adopted in the health system
will continue and an attention will be paid to the prior directions -
particularly to the mother and child health
