RA FOREIGN MINISTER PRESIDES OVER AT CSTO REGULATIONS BODIES' ENLARGED SITTING

MOSCOW
A joint sitting of CSTO member-states' Foreign Ministers Council,
Defence Ministers Council, and Security Council Secretaries Committee
took place on February 4 in Moscow. RA National Security Council
Secretary Artur Baghdasarian, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, and
Defence Minister Seyran Ohanian took part in the sitting from Armenia.
The process of fulfillment of agreements reached during the unofficial
summit in Kazakhstan in 2008 December, in particular, issues regarding
creation of quick response collective forces were discussed at the
sitting presided over by Chairman of CSTO Foreign Ministers' Council
Edward Nalbandian. Organization issues related to CSTO activity were
also touched upon at the sitting.
According to the report of the RA Foreign Ministry Press and
Information Department, after summing up the sitting E. Nalbandian
presented the sitting results to media representatives.
