NKR PRESIDENT CONGRATULATES THE IRAN'S PRESIDENT

On 9 February President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan
sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Islamic Republic of
Iran in connection with the 30th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution,
Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President
reported. The letter reads:
"Honorable Mr. Ahmadinejad,
On behalf of the people and authorities of the Nagorno Karabakh
Republic I cordially congratulate You and all the people of the
friendly Islamic Republic of Iran on the 30th anniversary of the
Islamic Revolution. This nation-wide expression of will is indeed an
epoch-making event in ancient history of Iran.
Artsakh rates highly the role of Iran in maintaining peace and
stability in the region and balanced position in the process of
peaceful settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict.
I am confident that centuries-old friendship and ties between our
countries and peoples will become much stronger and more diversified.
I congratulate You once again and wish peace, happiness, robust
health."
