TIGRAN BALAYAN SAYS NEGOTIATIONS OVER KARABAKH CONFLICT REGULATION ARE NOT HELD WITH THE MEDIATION OF TURKEY

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 11, ARMENPRESS: Negotiations over Nagorno Karabakh
conflict regulation are not held through Turkey, spokesman for the
Armenian foreign minister Tigran Balayan said, commenting on the
information of Turkish "Hurriyet" newspaper which says about the
agreements over Nagorno Karabakh issue reached with the mediation
of Turkey.
"As Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan has many times stated,
the negotiations over Nagorno Karabakh conflict regulation are going
on with the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs on the basis
of Madrid suggestions," Tigran Balayan told Armenpress.
