LITHUANIA TO ISSUE SCHENGEN VISAS ON ESTONIA'S BEHALF IN ARMENIA, KALININGRAD

Estonia and Lithuania are set to conclude an agreement under which
Lithuania will represent Estonia in matters related to visas in
Armenia and the Kaliningrad region of Russia.
The Estonian government is planning to endorse the corresponding
agreement on Thursday. The document would be signed during a visit
by the foreign minister of Lithuania to Tallinn on Feb. 17.
The agreement on Schengen visa representation would be applied in the
handling of airport transit visas, transit visas and short-term visas.
