/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Turkey had better recognize the Armenian Genocide in
the Ottoman Empire and alleviate the burden of international claims,
    an Armenian expert said.

"April 24 is not far away. Turkey's exclamations about willingness
to normalize relations with Armenia become more frequent. And I will
not be surprised if it announces intention to open the border before
April. However, we should not forget that it will be nothing but a
diplomatic maneuver," Vahan Dilanyan, head of political developments
research center, told reporters in Yerevan.

He emphasized that Yerevan should be cautious about Ankara's
statements, since they are conditioned by the fear of Washington's
    recognition of the Armenian Genocide.
