CSTO TO ENABLE RRF IF BAKU LAUNCHES HOSTILITIES AGAINST KARABAKH

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ The CSTO rapid reaction force (RRF) is formed to
combat security threats, a Russian expert said.
"If Azerbaijan launches hostilities against Nagorno Karabakh, the
Collective Security Treaty Organization will enable its RRF," Mikhail
Alexandrov, head of Caucasus chair at the Institute of CIS Studies,
told PanARMENIAN.Net.
At that, he reminded that Azerbaijan, as a CIS member state should
behave in compliance with its obligations.
