RUBEN HAYRAPETYAN: "I HAVE NEVER FEARED ANYONE OR ANYTHING."

Everyone knows my family background. I have never feared anyone and
anything. I may sound strange but this is the exact truth. I was born
with that quality," the President of the Armenian Football Federation
(FFA), Republican MP Ruben Hayrapetyan announced during today's
    press conference.

When commenting on the bargain of Bjni mineral water plant owned by
the Sukiasian family, Ruben Hayrapetyan said he had bought the plant
from the state at a very high price. He also advised all those who find
the bargain immoral to have a backward look at their purchases. "They
either seized or gained them at lower prices. I want them to say
whether their bargains were moral or not. I mean the administration
of Sill Concern," said Ruben Hayrapetyan.

"Bjni was on the verge of closure and I averted the reduction of
the company's staff. Why do they take it close to heart? I promise
to invite you to the plant in a year to see my work. If the court
had decided that Bjni shouldn't be sold, I would have obeyed the
decision. If the Sukiasyans are going to petition the European Court,
or whatever court they wish on another planet, if there is a verdict
handed down then we must abide by it. But the issue shouldn't be
politicised. One year later we'll see whether it was a political move
on my part or an economic one.

The Armenian MP says he has never dreamt of owning Bjni. Asked what
made him buy Bjni, Ruben Hayrapetyan said: "This is a business from
which I can gain profit." He denied the rumours that he had been
    forced to buy the plant.

In reply to another question concerning Prosperous Armenia Party
Leader Gagik Tsarukyan, Mr. Hayrapetyan said, "I want to disappoint
you. I have never had any conflict with Mr. Tsarukyan. We have always
been on friendly terms and all attempts to spoil our relations are
needless. Tsarukyan probably found inexpedient to buy the company."
