    TURKEY IDEATES GEORGIA'S FEDERATIVE ARRANGEMENT

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Azerbaijan and Turkey are Georgia's strategic
partners, so the visit of the Georgian Foreign Minister to Armenian
Genocide Museum is purely a ceremonial event, an Armenian expert said.

"Recently Ankara and Baku have been closely cooperating with Turkic
regions of Georgia - Marneuli and Kvemo Kartli," Caucasus Institute
Deputy Director Sergei Minasyan told a news conference.

"Turkey is considering federative arrangement of Georgia, where Turkic
regions will have autonomy rights. It's clear that Tbilisi wouldn't
venture such a step, but the idea is supported by Azerbaijan, pursuing
its own interests in Georgia," he said.

Minasyan also referred to the hearsay centering on possible
repatriation of Meskhetian Turks to Javakhk.

"This has been spoken about for some 10 years, yet we have to take
it seriously. Official Yerevan must decide on the order of priorities
    in Javakhk," the expert emphasized.
