JACES REPRESENTATIVE FORGED DOCUMENTS

The Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service (JACES) of the
RoA Ministry of Justice reports that the head of the JACES regional
division of Gegharkunik Marz, Sevak Baghdasaryan, has forged documents
abusing his position.
Sevak Baghdasaryan drew up a false report on a sale of lot by
compulsory e-auction, signed a purchase contract and handed it to
a buyer who later submitted the document to the Cadastre Committee
for registration.
Sevak Baghdasaryan has been dismissed from office.
Preliminary investigation is underway. The case has been referred to
the Office of Prosecutor General for a legal assessment.
