Azeri hackers hacked into the nkr.am website today making calls to
Azeri and Turks of the world to unite and seek revenge for Khojali
and there was no way of opening the nkr.am site until 6:30 p.m. in
the evening.
"This is yet another form of Azerbaijan's anti-propaganda. For years
they have wanted to offset the massacres in Sumgait, but we have said
over and over that Armenians were not guilty of massacres. Even if
there were any, they were due to the military operations," told "A1+"
Head of the Department of Public Relations of the Nagorno-Karabakh
Ministry of Defense Senur Hasratyan.
Today marks the anniversary of the events of Khojalu. Armenian
sources claim that the massacres of Khojalu were motivated by the
Azeri forces and the Turk-Meskhetians who were forcefully settled in
Khojalu were killed.
During another observation of the OSCE mission today shots were fired
from the Azeri side near the Horadiz residence of the Fizuli region
on the line of contact of Azeri and Nagorno-Karabakh armed forces. The
shots were fired toward Coordinator of the OSCE office Imre Palatinus,
field assistant of the Personal Representative of the acting president
Irzhi Aberle (Czech Republic), as well as representatives of the
NKR Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs observing from the
positions of the NKR army. Then, the Azeri side released a burst of
machine-gun fire, which passed the mission representatives to the
left and another shot was fired toward them. Personal Representative
of the acting president of the OSCE Anjey Kasprshik, who headed the
group of the Azeri side, ordered to stop the observation.
