ArmInfo. Georgia resumed transit of the Russian gas to Armenia from
January 12 at 6.30 PM by local time, spokeswoman of "ArmRosgazprom"
    CJSC Shushan Sardaryan told ArmInfo.

She said supplies are carried out in full at the level of about 9 mln
cub m of gas a day. Transit was interrupted on January 9 in view of the
repair and restoration work in the territory of Georgia. The missing
volumes of natural gas were covered at the cost of the reserves of
    Abovyan undergrounds gas storage.

To recall, "ArmRosgazprom" CJSC has a monopoly right for supply
and distribution of the Russian natural gas in the internal market
    of Armenia.

The Company was created in 1997, its shareholders are "Gazprom" OJSC
(75,55% shares), the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of
Armenia (20%) and "Itera" oil and gas Company (4,45%).
