Yerevan-APA. "Nagorno Karabakh conflict should be solved within
the framework of self-determination of peoples and territorial
integrity. The sides can be coordinated on two core principles",
Benita Ferrero-Waldner, European Commissioner for External Relations
and European Neighbourhood Policy said in Yerevan, APA reports
quoting Armtoday.
Ms. Waldner said at the meeting with the President and Foreign Minister
that they refused military solution to the conflict.
"Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents are expected to meet soon. It
will be productive for the settlement process," she added.
After resolution of the conflict European Commission can carry out
development programs in the region.
