WIJK aan ZEE, JANUARY 23, NOYAN TAPAN. The Corus 2009 International
Supertournament continues in the city of Wijk aan Zee, Holland. In
the 5th tour held on January 22 Levon Aronian beat Sergey Movsisian
(Slovakia) and shares the 2-5th places with another 3 participants
with 3 points each. And Sergey Karyakin (Ukraine) is in the lead of
the tournament table with 3.5 points.
In the 6th tour L. Aronian will compete with Vasili Ivanchuk (Ukraine)
and S. Movsisian with Alexander Morozevich (Russia).
