RUSSIA TO VOTE AGAINST APPLYING SANCTIONS BY PACE TOWARDS ARMENIA

ArmInfo. PACE will not come to exclusion of Armenia from the poll,
Head of the Russian delegation to PACE Konstantin Kosachyov said
in Strasbourg today upon completion of the session of the Bureau
- the charter body of the Assembly. As RIA Novosti repots, when
commenting on the future of the Armenian delegation at PACE winter
session, Kosachyov said 'we shall vote against if the matter concerns
discussion of this issue'. He also said "the situation in Armenia has
changed". Moreover, Kosachyov called "such thoroughgoing measures,
namely, exclusion of the delegation from the poll" unreasonable.
