MINISTER OF DIASPORA: SPECIALISTS OF WESTERN ARMENIAN NEEDED

The Ministers continue taking "exams" at the Government. Minister
of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan came for with a report today. Prime
Minister Tigran Sargsyan noted there are many issues in the Ministry
and Minister Hakobyan had better speak about problems.
The Minister of Diaspora noted that the new Diaspora, the classical
Diaspora, does not assimilate. There is need for specialists of
Western Armenian. The most important is that today it is already
impossible to maintain Armenian secondary schools abroad, that is
why it is necessary to foster the development of Sunday schools.
Hranush Haokobyan informed that all the programs scheduled for 2008
have been completed and asked for a permission to hold monthly meetings
in one of the halls of the government.
