No military resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is possible,
the US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Matthew Bryza said during a
press-conference in Yerevan today.
The conflict must be resolved on the basis of three principles:
non-application of force, right of nations to self-determination and
territorial integrity. French co-chair Bernard Fassier said that there
was no alternative to combination of all the three principles. As
regard the possibility of signing of a special agreement for
non-application of force, the co-chairs said that that principle was
reflected in the Moscow Declaration and had to be reflected in the
final peace agreement.
