HIS GRACE BISHOP NAREG CONGRATULATES THE NEWLY APPOINTED DIOCESAN BISHOP OF
ANTWERP ON BEHALF OF THE ARMENIAN CATHOLICOSATE OF CILICIA
On the occasion of the appointment of Father Yohan Boni as Bishop of Antwerp
in Belgium his Holiness Aram I asked the Ecumenical Officer, Bishop Nareg
Alemezian to convey his blessings and good wishes personally to the new
Bishop of Antwerp.
Prior to his appointment as Diocesan Bishop, Father Boni was in charge of
Relations with Oriental Orthodox Churches at the Pontifical Council for
Promoting Christian Unity in Vatican (Rome). During this period he worked
closely with the Catholicosate.
