YEREVAN, JULY 15, NOYAN TAPAN. A hot line was opened in the RA Ministry
of Foreign Affairs concerning the Caspian Airlines company's airplane
crash on July 15 which was travelling from Tehran to Yerevan. According
to the Press and Information Departement of the RA Foreign Ministry,
