ISTANBUL ARMENIAN KASIA PAPAZIAN WINS JUNIOR BALLET CHAMPIONSHIP IN BULGARIA

Beyoglu Lyceum's three pupils, one of which, Kasia Papazian is the
daughter of famous painter and art designer of Istanbul Dalar dance
ensemble Jeanne Papazian, took part in the International Junior Ballet
Championship held in Sofia.
According to the Marmara daily, the participants of the Championship
were to perform a classic and a modern dance. Kasia performed the
modern dance made by her and was the winner of the Championship as
the youngest dancing-master.
Kasia also helped her two friends to prepare for the Championship,
and one of them was awarded an encouraging prize.
