HIS HOLINESS ARAM I RECEIVES
THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS OF HOMENETMEN
On Tuesday 13 July 2009, the Central Committee of the Armenian Athletic
Union (HOMENETMEN) met with His Holiness Aram I and informed him of their
activities in Armenia and in the Diaspora, and the forthcoming 8th World
Games to be held 1-8 August 2009 in Erevan. They asked for his blessings and
for a special message addressing the youth on the occasion of the games.
After accepting their request, his Holiness expressed his appreciation for
their work in youth formation through the scout movement during the past
eighty years.
