ARMENIA'S PRESIDENT CONGRATULATES HIS KYRGYZ COUNTERPART ON REELECTION

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory address to
Kurmanbek Bakiyev on the occasion of his reelection to the post of
President of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. The message reads:
"Dear Mr. Bakiev,
Accept, please, my sincere congratulations on the occasion of
your reelection to the high post of President of the Republic of
Kyrgyzstan. I would like to express confidence that during your second
term in office you will continue the accomplishment of all programs
for the benefit of the Kyrgyz people.
We are tied to Kyrgyzstan with friendship and mutual understanding. Our
peoples feel sincere sympathy and amicability for each other. That is
why I am waiting with particular pleasure for the forthcoming visit
and the meeting at the shore of Issyk Kul.
I'm assured that we will keep our interstate relations on a high level
in both bilateral and multilateral formats and work consistently to
reinforce and deepen our cooperation for the benefit of the peoples
of Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.
Dear Mr. Bakiev, Let me wish you good health and further success in
this responsible position, as well as peace and prosperity to the
friendly people of Kyrgyzstan."
